Step One; Industrial Case History - Just
like a doctor
and a patient, we begin the process by asking a series of questions
(Industrial Case History). The answers provide
us with an overview of your company, the nature of the work that you do,
the make-up of your employees, and the types
of problems you have experienced (click for a sample of the
Industrial Case
History).
Step Two; Examination -
We then take a look at the problems your company
has encountered in the recent past. This is done through a variety of
means including the Safety Audit
. We may also review
records from other sources including; Safety Committee meeting minutes, OSHA
300
logs, interviews with workers and supervisors, workplace walkthrough, etc.

Step Three; Assessment - Once we have the
necessary information, we will evaluate
the health and safety concerns
in your company. We will determine the best approach
to managing these concerns and reducing your health care costs.
Step Four; Report of Findings
- After completing our comprehensive analysis, we will provide you with both
a written and oral report of our findings. We will explain
how your company can take charge of problem areas and we
will
explain how we can help.
Step Five; Treatment - The only thing left to do
is implement the "treatment" program.
